Support Groups Training Awareness days

Why chrysalis

Chrysalis is a newly formed  CIO and was founded by Adrian Cunningham .

3 years ago I decided I wanted to do more and help people who are struggling with mental health. I started this at work with my sales workforce. I wanted my staff to understand that I was there for them and care about their wellbeing. It really opened my eyes that a lot of my team had so much going on in their lives. It takes 2 seconds to ask if someone is ok and to follow it through. and to really listen. . We  changed this culture  in our organisation by TALKING , LISTENING.

  • Chrysalis believes by  developing an approach to mental health at work that protects and improves mental health for everyone, whilst supporting those people who experience thought's of suicide. Designate a work buddy, and ensure senior leaders and  managers are responsible for implementing mental health programmes.. When we create workplace cultures where people can be themselves, it is easier for people to speak about mental health concerns without fear, and easier for them to reach out for help when they need it. Even so, the decision to disclose distress at work is not one people take lightly. It is vital that workplaces become environments where people feel safe to be themselves. ,
  •  I believe that that the stigma that comes with men's suicide needs to be addressed and our approach to this will be getting out and and speaking to as many people as we can,. Nobody wants to talk about suicide but yet so many people are having thoughts of suicide. I think that people are scared of it and want to shove it under the carpet. Our awareness days will hopefully break down that stigma. by TALKING TRAINING AWARENESS .

. Mental Health can affect you at anytime and that's why its important to get Help as soon as possible. Talk to someone tell them how your feeling .

All the best
